## 7. COLLECTION POLICY
– Collection is strictly by appointment only
– Location: Fourways (Montecasino area), Johannesburg
– We operate as an online store only (no walk-in retail)
## 8. PRODUCT CONDITION
We sell new, pre-owned, and refurbished laptops.
Condition grading:
– New
– Like New / Immaculate
– Very Good
– Good (may show signs of use)
Actual product images are provided where possible.
## 9. WARRANTY
All applicable products include a:
👉 6-Month TechFellazSA Warranty
Warranty covers:
– Hardware faults not caused by misuse or damage
Warranty does NOT cover:
– Physical damage
– Liquid damage
– Power surges
– Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
## 10. RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
### 10.1 Defective Products
– Must be reported within 6 months
– Product will be assessed before resolution
– Repair, replacement, or refund may be offered
### 10.2 Non-Defective Returns (Cooling-Off Period)
In terms of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act:
– Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
– Product must be:
– In original condition
– In original packaging
👉 A 25% handling fee applies
👉 Customer covers return shipping
